What is a Real Self Care Hero? A Real Self Care Hero is someone who lives a busy active life and still manages to routinely make time to take care of themselves. Some of our Self Care Heroes have children. Many have high level professions. Each speaks of the practical tools they use to maintain themselves in the middle of struggle. This segment began in 2004 and has become one of our most popular segments.
