Open Grove Mission

The Open Grove is an independent forum that provides a dynamic convergence of perspectives on wellness. We seeks to generate dialogue that is entertaining, thought-provoking, and emotionally stimulating while creating the potential for life-change.

People in the Grove

The Open Grove was founded by Claudia H. Christian and Darryl Perry in January, 2001. Based in the belief that people can impact their own well-being, they started a radio program which grew into the vibrant community of the Open Grove.

Many people that help to create the texture of the Open Grove. The unflappable Allen Sparkman who helped us with incorporation and forming an organization.  Amy Astorga created her "Voices" segment for the Audio Magazines. Bill Doebler facilitates discussions about building the business. Brian Huculak for the beautiful look and feel of this website. Curtis Maddox helped come up with the Open Grove name, created our logo and selected the Tuscany Trees as our image. Guinivere Stevenson helped in the creation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Josh and Mike developed the original website. The JDI girls support every activity with their creative efforts and love.
